Montreal show final blow for Gaga

A rack of Pirelli slicks in the damp paddock this morning. Will we see slicks or rain tires today for the Canadian Grand Prix? Best scenario? We see both.
They’re wrecking early and often as these words are typed at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, the pint-sized F-1600s slipping around the wet circuit like a kid on skates for the first time.
The weather suggests it will be dry – or at least won’t be raining – by the 1 pm start of the 42nd Canadian Grand Prix. But the skies are leaden and leaking now and those hoping to stalk the paddock for the lovely women who arrive wearing clothes two sizes too small are going to be disappointed.
A total of three support races will precede the main event, Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel ready to lead the grid into the Senna Corner to begin 70 laps of racing that should be as unpredictable as always on this challenging layout.
More to come as the day drips on…
The media centre comes to life. Big news out of here: a starling that found its way into this huge tent yesterday and spent the night figured how to lurk near the door a short time ago and escaped when a reporter came in.

Lady Gaga, who was unable to walk after her Montreal gig Monday, has cancelled the rest of her tour dates due to a hip injury.
